My story



I’m Abby, and I am so glad you're here! Hopefully by now you've taken a look at my work and are excited as I am to work together. If you'd like to get to know me more before we meet in person, here is a bit about my story & family.

I grew up in a small town south of Chicago (go Cubs go!) I married my best friend from college and together we have an adventurous two year old boy. My husband and I found ourselves in Nashville pursuing music after getting married, but decided to move here to Florida a year ago to be near family and enjoy the beach! I have been a photographer for as long as I can remember, truly! My first camera was given to me at age five. I carried it everywhere and pretended to take photos of animals on a safari in Africa. I would also dream about being a sideline photographer for the Chicago Bears. I’ve known since the day I got that tiny camera, and many more after, that this was my calling in some capacity - but the process of growing up has given me deeper insight into who & what I want to photograph.

When my son was born, I was gifted a whole new outlook on life. Capturing his essence in a photograph feels like bottling up a moment of time. And if you're a parent you know this is such a gift... There's so many moments I want to remember forever, and luckily my camera allows me that opportunity. This is what I want to give you. A moment in time captured forever for you to look back on and remember those most important to you, exactly how they are.
